You might notice a typo here and there.. I'll get to it. I promise :)

One man burning the midnight oil and piecing something like this site together in "spare" time can start to eat at you ;)

I'll fix them all ...bear with me :)

employers and recruiters note

Recruiters & Employers

I want to address one of the main questions I get asked; "Why do you want to be an employee rather than an employer?"

A: I've never really been an employer. I have a list of contract people I use for various jobs but I have no permanent staff. But that doesn't really answer the question. I don't want to run my own company anymore because I spend an enormous amount of time working on business when I'd rather be working on art and design. Frankly, I feel like I am feeding the wrong part of my soul. It's a short answer but gets to the guts of the matter.

relocation note

Relocation:

Yes, I am willing to relocate. For the moment I'm single with no children. I have nothing holding me down here. I do love Indianapolis and I have a ton of friends here who I'll miss dearly but I'm content to move to get into the right situation with the right group of people.

I have one stipulation. My moving expenses must be covered by the hiring company. One

U-Haul and firsts months rent and deposits would be totally sufficient. I've had a few offers to move for a job but no help in moving expenses and I just can't take those types of offers seriously.
